location

The event will take place at Events on Jackson venue located at 245 E. Jackson Street, Phoenix, AZ 85004.

parking

Parking is free and provided onsite at the venue. A parking attendant will instruct you where to park upon entry.

agenda

We have a “soft” agenda at this time. A detailed agenda will be distributed and published in January. See our Schedule page.

dress code

The dress code for the event is casual. Please be sure to bring a sweater or light jacket as meeting spaces can be chilly.

registration inclusions

General Admission Registration includes all-day admission with 6+ hours of content, General Executive Seating, onsite breakfast, lunch, post event reception, swag bag and a digital workbook and post event collateral.

VIP Admission Registration includes all the items listed in the General Admission category above plus Reserved Lounge Seating, a private VIP lunch with the speakers, access to a VIP Lounge throughout the event, an upgraded swag bag, day-of VIP Concierge services and (2) drink tickets for the post event reception.

Cancellations/Refunds

If you need to cancel your registration, please contact us at info@breakthroughazevent.com. PLEASE NOTE: Registration fees are non-refundable.

name change/substitutions

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another person one time up to 10 days prior to the event date at no charge. Please contact us at info@breakthroughazevent.com.

upgrades

If you purchased a General Admission registration, you may upgrade to a VIP registration pending availability. Please note, a VIP registration cannot be reduced to a General Admission category once payment has been processed. Please contact us at info@breakthroughazevent.com.

wifi

FREE Wi-Fi will be available during the event.

health and safety measures

In an effort to reduce exposure or the spread of Covid 19, we strongly recommend wearing a mask during the event, although not required. However, we do ask that you please follow the following mitigation strategies during the event:

Staying Home when Appropriate: The event organizers will encourage and require staff and attendees to stay home when they: (a) feel sick, (b) have tested positive for COVID-19 or are showing COVID-19 symptoms.

Hand Hygiene: We encourage and reinforce hand-washing with soap and water for at least 20 seconds, or as appropriate, use of hand sanitizer during the event.

Respiratory Etiquette: We will encourage everyone to cover coughs and sneezes and follow hand-hygiene protocols immediately thereafter.

Should you develop COVID-19 symptoms during the event, please see the event staff immediately so they may assist you.
